Shipping Fees.

The warranties offered on the items are those offered by the manufacturers and are subject to their conditions. Also what is covered and the delay of those warranties depends of each products. GOMOTO is representing those warranties through the manufacturers or suppliers and we will do are best to honor those policies and help our customers fulfilled their need. How taxes are calculated.  

If the product is purchase in Quebec, sales taxe are calculated in accordance to the laws from Revenue Canada (GST) and Revenue Quebec (QST). For all items purchase in other provinces, the harmonised taxes with Quebec will be applied province by province. Residents from other countries will not be taxed on goods. It is the customer's responsibility to deal with taxes wish applies to their location. GOMOTO will not be responsible for duties and import fees (VAT taxes).
 

Return policies for malfunction items

GOMOTO will assume delivery fees to our location for all malfunctioning items on damaged goods who were purchased on our web-site. You must communicate with our customer service to have the return procedure approved.

Can I return my items for any other reason. 

Bad color or wrong sizing ,No problem, if the items was purchase trough the web-site or by phone, GOMOTO will take the item back for full refund with our 30 days no questions asked policy. see the conditions at the Payment, refund and conditions section. If it was bought at one of our physical location, the return policy is 15 days.
